So worth the wait. But I get it they are busy but I think the business is not the whole life. They are family ppl. Wanting a successful business but value time with family as well.
I don’t think they’re worried about losing customers when their wait is an hour. Customers will probably come back and losing $40 a few times is far cheaper than creating another restaurant.
