The Nampa rec center is a public rec center. It does require a membership or you can pay per day. Well worth the membership if you plan on going a couple times a week.
It is a fee based center, where individuals or families can pay a daily poor yearly fee to use the facility. Annual membership allows for a dozen or more passes for guests. It is a public department within the city parks and recreation division.
The Nampa Rec Center is open to everyone. You can pay for the entire day or pay for a yearly membership. Its a great place with great programs.
