Never open, no matter what their voicemail says. In the last month I have stopped by 8 times to deliver papers they asked for...never around. The place is overgrown with weeds and looks abandoned. My client's lawn and home needed over $10,000 worth of landscaping and repairs after they let this company "manage" it for them for 10 years. They totally neglected their duty.

If they have any listings they print out a list and there is a clear box in front of the office door so you can grab one after hours if need be
