Why do your hours say that you're open till 9 but you close your grill down before you even close your establishment?

I've also been there right before closing the last people to walk in my girlfriend her girls and I were all accommodated graciously politely and adequately they are awesome can't get any friendlier service , great job Fresh Off The Hook !!

I once went 20 minutes before closing and everything on the menu was still available, additionally people came in after myself and also had no issues.
