Not the best customer service…no one ever answers the phone. I requested to have a few items shipped to my home. It’s been over 3 weeks and school has already started. If your a gem prep parent save your time and go through lands end instead. I chose shipping because the store didn’t have any of the sizes for my daughter… also the employees are not trained well at all! Poor communicators. I will never trust educational outfitters EVER in the future!

Placed an order in July and still have not received it. I have emailed and called to leave voicemails but they will not respond or give me an update. I understand delays and things happening, but it's very frustrating with absolutely no communication or response.

Extremely unprofessional. I have waited for almost 2 months now to receive my complete order and visited the store thrice. I wasn't going to leave a bad review earlier because I understood that the store is trying to juggle with orders. But now its the extreme. They don't respond to calls or call back. After several follow-ups on emails I get a response but no update. I received my partial order and they have updated the order status as completed. No update when I will receive my pending items. Isn't it understood that July & August you will receive maximum orders and need to stock your inventory. How are you running a school uniform business without inventory when school begins.

I made an order almost a month ago, I have not gotten an email to see the status of my order. Everytime I log in to see status it says pending. I have left a couple messages with no response. My daughter has already started school with no shirts, not sure when or even if I will receive the shirts. Very frustrated 😠
