Kind of a small pool. For as huge as the subdivision is and as many kids that live here it should definitely be bigger. Not a ton of seating available. But the pool and area is maintained well, pool is clean and water a good temp. There is a decent park and tennis courts, a few basketball hoops and a small gym.

it does not have a hot tub. there is just one large swimming pool, it has a kid area and a deeper end. Not deep enough for diving though. Hope that helps. :)

I am one of the pool monitors. You can be at the pool alone at age 14+. If you are under 14 you must have adult supervision. Anyone under the age of 18 cannot be responsible for another guest/family member under age 14. There are copies of the full rules available at the North pool gate.
Lap swimming is 6:00am to 8:00am and regular pool use is 8:00am to 9:00pm
Katie, I believe it is 5:00 a.m, but it might be 5:30 a.m. you can contact the clubhouse manager at 208.995.3440.

If you are a home owner at charter pointe you can contact boardwalk association management and they can help you get in touch with the clubhouse.
The appartmemts are not part of the charter pointe HOA and do not have access. You must be a homeowner.
