I needed to have a custom-sized poster printed for a research conference with relatively short notice. There was an issue with uploading a custom-sized file to the FedEx website, but once I came into the store, Arena made the process entirely painless. Turnaround time was about 2 days, and my poster looks flawless. Will definitely be stopping back by if I have another custom print job.

UPDATE: Pro-Tip. If machine doesn’t work make sure to ask behind the counter and they can print it for you. An actual computer was able to read and print the document just fine. //// It’s been 500 years since the invention of the printing press and still FedEx cannot reliably make a printing station that will enable someone to quickly and easily print documents from USB. Shown here is the 2nd frozen machine I have tried. I am not sure what the solution is but I imagine a billion dollar company like FedEx could probably figure out how to make a printer work. Also apparently not.

I have been using Kinkos then FedX since 1987 when Nikki worked here,, at this location on Capital Blvd, Boise. They have always been helpful, courteous, and efficient

I am very disappointing that I need to show and I’d to sent a papers to my home county. I can yes I am US citizen, but I do have a family member that are not because they are in the process to be.
