How do they deal with late rent. Do they kick you out right away or the next day. I know they said there is a 25 dollar late charge.

I would usually talk to them and tell them my situation. They were usually very understanding.

I currently stay here. And was late once. We did get kicked out for about 12 hours. Then got paid and came back. That was the only time. The only way they will let you pay the 25 is that you have to be here 3 months. Then they would have to evict you wish can take longer. Wish will add more charges if you plan to stay.
