5 months ago they put an ad to refer people and they would give you a compensation of $600.00 so I referred 2 people and they both live here for the past 5 months and every time I ask about the referral they don't have an answer. I'm putting this because I see today that they have the same promotion and I just want to say that it's a lie.

It was labor day and i saw this apartment in the summerlin area since i was looking from an apartment for next year. i am from out of state, visiting, so i saw this beauty! there was a worker name Sheila, working on labor day. she delivered excellent customer service, gave me all the information that i needed! honestly felt like i was home already. i didn’t go for a tour because i was satisfied with all the information i got! thank you Sheila for the customer service!

UPDATE: The manager correctly addressed my lease termination issue and released me without a financial penalty. It was more of a hassle than it should have been, but at least the outcome was positive in the end. The apartments are clean, neighborhood is quiet/safe, and I didn't have any issues when I lived there. I recommend living here to anyone in the Summerlin area looking for quality and affordability.
