9.1/10 moving on to a new place! would recommend to any one looking for a safe and affordable option. I’ve lived all my life in southern Las Vegas area but this place on the east side for about 6 months single bedroom suite. The rooms are reliable never had a thing broken down. Cockroaches was an issue but not major. If you’re new to the area. Don’t feel safe in the surrounding area. They do background checks for everyone in the complex living there. At first I was like is this background check necessary? And then thinking about it. I wouldn’t want anyone coming into these rooms all crazy. Making loud noises all the time and that’s why Security patrolling the complex 24/7. to make sure no one is doing what they’re not supposed to be doing. Overall comfortable place to stay for the price it has all the furniture/bed kitchenette bathroom. it’s walking distance from restaurants and 3 supermarkets. They improved the place for sure in the past years.if you don’t mind older buildings. I would try it out. Just pay your rent on time and you’ll be fine. Good neighbors. friendly staff and security.

Me and my spouse came in yesterday. They had one unit left. I wanted a bottom floor cause I have two babies under the age of 5 but they didn't have anything available. I told her it's ok we take the top floor. We waited for her back ground check pass. It was 45 min wait cause it was busy, but the ladies was so helpful and kind they hand my babies some snacks to eat. (: The unit was finished and we checkout the unit it was amazing big and I love it. The staff was amazing and the unit is clean, big and beautiful for my family. I had to give them a five stars of a good and a amazing experience we got. Thank you

My daughter and I are so proud to call this palace home here in Vegas. I’m a travel nurse from St. Louis and these luxury apartments have been a life saver because with travel nurse assignments you must find your own housing. Everything is clean and in good working condition in our apartment. Just recently the AC went out and after I called the front desk it was fixed within an hour. (That has never ever happened as a homeowner!) Everyone working in the office is amazing having to put up with so many rude people who make it hard for them to do their jobs! They are not social workers here to solve your problems so please check your energy before approaching the staff and please respect the rules; they are there for everyone’s safety and protection. I truly appreciate the security provided because this is not the safest part of town but this is the safest place in town if you know what I mean! Security and maintenance are so top notch here and you really can’t beat the rates with inclusive furniture and utilities. Thank you Sportsman’s staff the Vegas hospitality is so appreciated!

Why do they spend 45 minutes doing a background check upon arrival and disperse keys and take payment to then turn around 1 day later and kick you out. Let me tell you their policies since they don't. You CANT stay here if you have any kind of CLOSED MISDEMEANOR or FELONY cases PERIOD. I have stayed at other weeklys and they disclose their policies UPFRONT.

We paid $252 for a large 1 bedroom for a week. It will is less if you pay monthly.
They won't do that. They keep it there so they can charge you that extra fee.... They use to take them out, but I've know if at l least one former tenant, Management had maintenance remove his 75 inch (unauthorized). Cortez fought with them to get it back.... Guess what,,, he got the " oh darn, we removed it to store it and how unfortunate, looks like someone broke into our storage room. No joke

I would usually talk to them and tell them my situation. They were usually very understanding.
