If the fan is bad, we can replace that as well and we also remove the old thermal paste that sits on top of the CPU and add new thermal paste to help with the cooling process too. No appointment needed to stop in and drop off. We're open weekdays 10-7 and Sat 10-4.Unfortunately we can't just jump on the next project the second it comes in the door when it comes to this type of repair. We have other customers waiting in line as well for their repairs so we usually prefer you to leave it and we call you back. When it comes to the CPU fan, your webcam or screen would not be affected at all because we wouldn't touch those parts of the system at all. We can assure you we take good care of our client's machines which is part of why we have such a high rating on here. We appreciate your understanding. Is it okay if watch you guys fix it in person? I had my older laptop fixed by some guy once and it came back with the webcam broken. I just want to make sure that doesn't happen.
