I moved out of Chicago 2 years ago, 3 months ago I recieved a letter saying that I missed a court date I had no memory of, so I've been constantly trying to call these peeps to get everything sorted out and I can't get anyone on the phone to pay what I have to pay and get this over with so I can renew my license where I live now, this is a real headache and I work too much to drive to Chicago and back to schedule a zoom call for a month later, it's just an encumbrance

I don't really know what to say, but I guess I need to really try hard to learn how to just be chill with rudeness and bureaucracy when dealing with government agencies such as the county clerk office.

Very positive experience. Supervisor, Toni, in Vital Records, was incredibly accommodating. The law enforcement officers ( both the female officer and the male officer) that greet you upon entering were incredibly thoughtful and equally accommodating. Each staff member that I engaged with throughout the process was very helpful and kind.
