Paper no appointment no just have to wait
I went in with a hole in one of my tires and they had me patched up in less than an hour. Another time I had a rotation that took longer but their were alot more customers that day. Nevertheless they are usually quick and get their customers in and out efficiently
Appointments are always a good idea but not required. They will have your info saved in the system so you will not need paperwork
