We came here for a birthday party that was scheduled at 12:45 pm. The whole experience was so chaotic and unorganized. The staff wasn't helpful, didn't provide any instructions of how the party was going to be like or what was needed to make the check-in process smoother. We weren't aware we had to wait for a party a room until jump time was over. Which we didn't mind if the staff would have informed us more thoroughly. We waited 2 hours in the busy seating area without any acknowledgement, we had to keep asking the staff for status. We finally got to a room at 2:30 pm. We had to ask for socks although the party package included socks. The way it is structured is just messy and the staff was not friendly or accommodating at all. We felt like we were a nuisance instead of paying customers. I understand that it was very busy day and the staff was completely overwhelmed, but they could have communicated in a manner that we can be more empathetic of their situation. However, we weren't given any answers or explanations, it was a lot of "I don't knows", "can't do anything about it", "you just have to wait". There wasn't a manager on site either to help ease the frustration. We had parties here in the past and the experience was so different from this time around. I don't recall having to wait so long without any communication. The last party we attended the staff was very engaged and provided great service. Can't say it was the same this time around. My recommendation if you absolutely want to book a party, just have it elsewhere and pay for the jump time after your party is over. Do not book a party here unless you want to wait for hours and have to serve cold food if you are bringing your own. I hope they can figure out a better way to serve their customers because, this was a complete disaster. I was really looking forward to booking my son's birthday because he loves the facilities. However, after this experience I doubt I will book just to save me the headache.

First time at this place and my kids loved it. They tired themselves out within the hour and had fun running around everywhere and jumping on everything. Will definitely be back
