This place is awesome! As an attorney I use them all the time for sensitive packages and letters to the courts nationwide, along with all federal agencies. Never had a problem with them. They are quick, nimble and fast! You are in and out. Much better than the long lines at the post office. The owners and the staff are always welcoming and friendly!

Horrible customer service! Talks down to women. Called multiple times for tracking numbers and then holds them hostage saying I will not email them. This again being after we already paid for the service and was told that he would email them to us! All of this after spending over 70.00 in shipping cost! Will never use them again..
