I went to Dr Cohen, good Doctor. Office Management not so much. Called during office hours and office closed. Call later and get answering service consistently. Tried for a week. I told them I am calling form outside country and only available to talk to someone early AM or late in afternoon. They said someone will call within 24 hrs. I called back this afternoon at 4PM... office closed. This is only medical office I have seen this. I will look elsewhere for my needs, I won't do business with a medical office run so poorly. If you need help after a procedure from this practice you'll end up going to the ER.

I had/have the pleasure of being Dr. Yuh's patient, and he has been very caring and compassionate. I also appreciate the follow up and level of interest he's shown post-procedures. I would recommend their offices to a friend.

Look elsewhere. I previously attempted to write a full comprehensive review of my 6 months as a patient but it seems it was taken down for some reason. I’ve since switched doctors to another office entirely, and you would be doing yourself a disservice not to do the same. The difference is eye opening to be honest. I appreciate the outcome of the surgery I received from Genesis, but everything else surrounding it was just unfair to have to deal with as a patient.

After being in the ER for my 14th kidney stone, they gave me the printout with my condition and the phone number to follow up with a urologist in the same “group”. Waited until Monday and spoke to a very nice lady about making an appointment. She took my number and called me back in about an hour for an appointment the following day with Dr Nguyen. Filled out all the new patient forms online the day before and barely sat down in the waiting room before they called us back. Gave me a few other forms to fill out, but those didn’t really apply in my situation. Yes, we had to wait a bit once in the room for the doctor, but I’ve been to a lot of doctors, and very rarely is that not the case. The ladies in the front, as well as all the other staff we encountered in the office, were all very nice and helpful. Dr Nguyen was very knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all our questions and even sent me downstairs for an X-ray to check the stones progress and had us come right back so we could review the results together, without waiting for a phone call or making another appointment. Felt very comfortable talking with him and enjoyed his demeanor. Passed my stone about a week after seeing the doctor, so no follow up was needed, even though I had made the appointment while there the first time. Lady on the phone was once again very courteous and told me to call back if I needed any assistance down the line. I’m not quite sure why such poor reviews from some of these people. I suspect it’s because people usually don’t bother to write a review unless they’re upset. To that I will say, if those are truly the things that upset some of you about this particular office, I can’t imagine how miserable everyday life must be.
