I wish I could give this cemetery zero stars. My grandparents we buried here about 15 years ago and our experience was positive, so much so that my parents bought their and my brother's plots there. I don't know if there's been a change in ownership or what, but they've been an absolute nightmare to deal with for my dad who passed away last November. They do not allow people in the office, don't answer their phones, don't return phone calls and don't appear to do any kind of work whatsoever. I agree with the poster below that they are completely using covid as an excuse to not do any work at all. Also when my dad was buried, they tried to not allow us to witness the burial because of covid, even though they allowed an unmasked outside service. Thankfully my Rabbi wouldn't stand for it and spoke up. They guy operating the machine didn't mind either. We still do not have his headstone placed, seven months after he was buried. If it was up to me, and wasn't so taboo, I'd honestly demand a refund and dig him up to move somewhere else, I hate this business that much. What's even worse is that now I won't be buried where my parents are because I'm not subjecting my kids to this awful business. DO NOT BURY YOURSELF OR LOVED ONES HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.

When I lost my mom, they understood my wish to find a closer plot to my brothers and they went above & beyond to check & my mom is now right we’re my bothers are. God blessed us with not only that burial plot but that they didn’t just say no they said let’s check you never know what Gods got planned.

These people would never call back or answer the phone. No provision was m as fe to schedule an appointment online or by email. Thus is totally unacceptable
