They DO take reservations on the phone
Reservations are taken for lunch only Tuesday - Friday between 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. for parties of 6 or more. Dinner is first come first serve every night of the week.
I don't believe they do unless you have a large party. Line up either early or late. Regardless, the line moves quickly.
The menu with pricing is on line. And outside of the restaurant. The cost is reasonable for the quality of the food and the service.

Pasta Plus does not take reservations, unless you have a table of 10 or more. And then you need to have everyone arrive before they will seat you.
They do not take reservations and never have taken reservations unless it's a special event on a Monday night. I've been going there almost since they have opened. If you get there right around the time they open you won't have to wait very long. If you get there around 6 on a weekend night you might have to wait for a while but the food is well worth it.
