Bad from beginning to end. Was promised quick install same day when setting up appointment with an authentic apple back glass. Was told it’ll have the apple logo. Fast forward 5 days later after they had to order a part needed then a replacement back glass for the one they broke while installing. The back glass was aftermarket with no logo. Don’t waste your time, they tried to say my wife’s iPhone 13 pro was difficult. Should have mentioned it may take a few days at first. The staff is young and unprofessional. They all sit in the back of the stock room messing around. No one up front when you walk in. Next time I’d rather spend 1100 plus on a new phone. Again, don’t waste your time.

I have to let everyone know what happened to me in this store today. So earlier my I phone just stopped working , the screen would move but I couldn’t access my apps. I couldn’t even receive a phone call , the screen would go gray . So I went to ATand T store , they tried but couldn’t even shut my phone off. So they told me to go to ubreakifix here in laurel. two young men who fixed my phone in 3 mins. Their names are Steven and Harold. These two young men are so wonderful and so kind. Didn’t ask me for nothing in return. If you have any tech issues please go and see Steven and Harold.They saved me more than they would ever know!☺️

I went in to get my cracked phone screen replaced. I have insurance through Verizon. They were able to replace the screen for $29 which I paid when I open up my claim through Asurion. Herold was the tech that helped me. He was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. They were busy with a few other phones before they could get to mine, so it was going to take a few hours. So I just the dropped off the phone and provided an alternative number, once the phone was ready they contact me. The whole process was smooth and only took about 4 hrs to get my phone back.

They won't replace battery if it is already bulging. So I went to repair place near Giant off New Hampshire. I will go back before battery is bulging next time. They did a great job with my first battery change.
