We stayed at this apartment for a few months, but it was a very wonderful experience, and the management is very good and polite, they hear our problems and handle them within 2 to 4 hours, they keep the community extremely well. thank you

PROS: The maintenance workers are great, the grounds are lovely, apts are large, not typical “garden apartments”. Any issues are quickly fixed. quiet and peaceful :) CONS: EXPENSIVE, community pool issues (NO guests, mandatory 3pm-3:30pm so you have to leave, randomly closes on certain days with little explanation). Once Kushner Real Estate bought the complex, they started charging for garage rental, added hundred dollar annual amenity, very little room for negotiating anymore.

Update August '22. Still many dead bushes and trees, weeds in the flower beds, only landscaping done is mowing of the grass. The rent went up $260/month for a one bedroom for 12 months! I have been at Chatham Hill for almost ten months now! It’s a lovely place but the grounds/plantings/bushes are not cared for. Many dead and dying bushes. For what we pay in rent you would expect better upkeep. The maintenance people are terrific!
