My apartment has rats, and they said there's a waiting list to get cleaned so I won't be able to live here for a week. Find a better place, or just live in your car.
I have been here for 7 months since August 2018 and trust me I have not faced issues as extreme as pointed by other fellow folks. The most possible reason could be: 1. Not all the folks who enjoy their stay out here come out on public and share their positive reviews and neither can management force them to do so (Since it is their level of comfort sharing things over public media) 2. People do not contact the office directly! Before moving in even I had a dilemma due to google reviews since I am an International student thus was not able to get in touch in person. However, the management was cooperative in delivering details over the phone and via emails. Would recommend visiting the leasing office and they would be happy to give you all the apt details.
