A blessing in disguise! This place is so nice! Very fast process and the was easy and quick as well! Faith that works in the office is a very huge help! She’s so nice and very knowledgeable about the apartments and process. I’m so happy to be here thanks!

It is a good place to stay for the money. Some of the other reviews are mentioning insects, but it has a lot to do with how well you take care of the apartment. Pest control comes over weekly, which has fixed the small number of ants our apartment had. You can tell the management cares and organizes fun stuff for the residents. Overall, this place is good for the price and is close to campus. Update 2 years later: it is now under management by Yugo. The information I said in the review is still the same.

A word of caution for prospective renters. We were supposed to rent one of the "underground" Junior studio unit. The whole unit was covered in MOLD. There was condensation on the AC units, and mold all over the refrigerator, closet doors, ceilings, and furnitures. It was horrifying and not fit for any living creatures. We decided to ask for termination of the lease. To be fair, they did let us out of the lease without penalty, however, kept our application and administrative fee despite our application was for this specific unit.

This was a great place for my sister this past year. The leasing office assisted me by letting me set up balloons in the clubhouse to surprise her for her birthday. They also came on the weekend to make her A/C blow colder while I was there. I would recommend them to others looking for off campus living.

Yes. University Club provides residents with on-site maintenance.
Nope, I am here since August 2018 and since then I have not experienced the issues as mentioned by various other reviews, those are just extreme
Do you want to lose $2000 worth of security deposit to a bunch of bogus cleaning fees without them notifying you to be present for inspection or giving you a breakdown of charges [as required by MD law]? Do you want to live in a place where there are mice and insects running around, or where frat bros and random strangers punch holes in the walls, pee in the stairs, and break the glass doors? If yes, by all means live here. You'll pretty much need a lawyer to get your deposit back - and it's probably worth your time and money too if your deposit is for multiple people (eg. $2000).
My apartment has rats, and they said there's a waiting list to get cleaned so I won't be able to live here for a week. Find a better place, or just live in your car.
Yep
