I had a perfect experience here! The manager, Mr.Jasdeep, is professional and awesome, maintenance is excellent, the building is always clean, the location is pretty good (if you have a car)...pretty much everything here is great. Don't hesitate to live here.

Living here was a positive experience! It's a relatively quiet apartment building with a lot of nice amenities. I used the pool almost every day in the summer, and loved it! The apartment itself felt very nice and new. Whenever we [rarely] had a maintenance issue, it was always handled quickly and professionally. Additionally, Jas is great at his job! He always remembered our names and asked how things were going, and he was always super flexible and accommodating for everything we needed. Great apartment, great team, great place to live!

Jasdeep is very professional and amazing. He and the team took good care of the community. For these three years we lived at Monument Village, they really did a decent job. Plus, it's a pet friendly apartment, we did enjoy the dog pool party this year!

My husband and I really loved living in Monument Villege at College Park. We made good memories here. Everything went well after moving in. Whenever we had issues, Jas helped us like a true friend. Until he is working here and when we come back to the States, we will definitely move in here again. 😊👍

Questions & Answers

Does the monthly rent included water and utilities?

No. But they do add water/garbage (individual unit meters) to your monthly rent so you pay it in a single transaction. Due to different usage each month, your "rent" will also slightly vary. Electric is completely separate.
