I received a notification that my food was ready but upon arrival I had to wait for another 30 minutes long story short it wasn’t worth it the mac & cheese tasted like box mac & cheese baked with real cheese on top the curry had no pepper as requested, I ordered curry & assumed it came with rice. overall the food was nasty and salty.

Got take away. Food is ok for being in US. The woman cashing was petty grumpy/annoyed with life though. It’s like I was in kfc with that attitude. Took 40 mins for my order to be ready and ppl who ordered after me got their food before which was very annoying. Got jerk pork, which was a bit over cooked/dry and oxtail w/ peas and rice w/ plantains which was pretty good.

Really good Jamaican at this place. Plenty of outdoor seating and they have grills outside where they cook the chicken. The jerk sauce is super good and has a kick. The jerk chicken Pattie’s were amazing and so were the vegetable ones. This restaurant has been here for as long as I can remember and can’t wait to come back and get some more patties. This is the real deal and authentic.

Very tasty food. The outdoor seating area is great. They are very busy and it takes 30-40 minutes to get your order. Not sure why some people complained about the customer service- this is not a 5 star restaurant. Portions are huge and prices are very reasonable.

I apologize for the poor service that you received. I watched the video of your visit and the cashier should have acknowledged you and stated that she would be with you shortly. She was the only cashier serving 2 windows and she was going back and forth to the kitchen checking on an order for a customer who waiting for their food prior to your arrival. However, she stood in front of you looking in the register for the order and she didn't say anything to you, and thet isn't acceptable. Again, I apologize.

What was the date of your furst night, i can look up who it was and let you know what dates they play. Gnice plays often for us, especially special occasions and is a crowd favorite. Sometimes the DJs get carried away on the mic and i have to remind them to cut back. Im surprised to hear about him only playing one line to per song, unless it was a mix to a particular beat.
Yes you can just walk in, I do it all the time...no reservation needed. True as someone else said, its time-saving to order ahead...As the delicious food is being made all throughout the day & demand for it is high at any given time that could cause either a long line or a waiting for a fresh preparation of items.
