I came in just to buy payer for my home printer, but the cashier was extremely helpful! He suggested I sign up for the rewards program based on my purchase of paper. He says, it looked like I would use a lot of printer ink and told me about their recycling program. I can bring up to 10 used ink cartridges per month for recycling and get two dollars credit for my next purchase. Not only that but they price match with Amazon. Staples just got my business! Thank you!

2 stars is nice enough. I went in this morning. Things all over the floor in the binder/folder area. The lady who checked us out (JoAnne) was rude. The little girl in front of us wanted to buy her own candy but couldn’t count her change. She sat it on the counter and needed the lady to help. She sighed in front of the little girl like she didn’t have the time or patience for it. No one else was in line except me and I had 2 things.also I I didn’t realize my items were on sale and all I had was $100 bill. She acted like walking the 10 feet she did to check the bill was hard labor. She had no excitement or happiness in her voice when greeting people. If you don’t want to deal with customers especially kids at a office/school supply store don’t do customer service.

If you don't like an employee asking if you need help finding something and laughing at you when you say you do, maybe don't shop here. Secondary complaint, I've noticed their computers must be incredibly old because it took probably 2 minutes for their register system to read my card and process a small transaction.
