I apologize for the poor service that you received. I watched the video of your visit and the cashier should have acknowledged you and stated that she would be with you shortly. She was the only cashier serving 2 windows and she was going back and forth to the kitchen checking on an order for a customer who waiting for their food prior to your arrival. However, she stood in front of you looking in the register for the order and she didn't say anything to you, and thet isn't acceptable. Again, I apologize.
