How come you guys drivers dont call nobody to tell them they outside because when they called my house today they said im outside and then when i come outside they gonna leave
why dont they come on time my grandson has twenty tardies for school im so upset and they dont care i need to talk to some one whos gonna listen.........
This is the absolute worst a service I've ever experienced, the dispatchers are rude, and clearly uneducated, nearly every day my driver is an hour to two hours late picking me up, Ive had to reschedule important doctors appointments. A JOKE👎
