Lucky I can't give yall zero stars! This company had my niece late for school the first day of a new school and had me get up and wait an hour early only to show up 8 mins after school started smh. Not a reliable company in my opinion

Really appointment was set for a 4:15 pickup ... Today I called because they were late only to be told they will be here at 7:05. How does that work... No one told me or I would have made other arrangements... Thanks for nothing..

Scheduler are weak and don't know how to figure out the math of scheduling
Sorry to hear that I always had a good experience with him but I also keep up and write names down of who you I spoke to do that way they can send another driver said something come up and then make a mistake!

Smh.... Heard that before..Horrible..That's cause they work their drivers 10 -12 hrs a day and they get no sleep... UTS IS ALL ABOUT MAKING MONEY. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR DRIVERS
