* I am extremely thankful that our technician Justin took the extra time to explain things to me and was able to fix our dishwasher after a different company was in and actually messed up our dishwasher more. I think him for taking the extra time to give me comfort and to correct the problem. He definitely went above and beyond.

Okay, so as far as the service (once the technician arrived) I'd give him a full blown 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. He was also on point with communicating, being personable, professional, informative, empathetic. I was NOT happy with Sears beforehand due to the sudden "your technician should arrive HOURS AFTER the scheduled appointment time." Ummm... no, that's unacceptable. I had to basically turn into "angry black guy" before getting my appointment expedited and receiving a follow up for that appointment. I had adjusted my work schedule around this and received the many notifications since making the initial appointment (all of which were saying that no changes had be made and everything was on schedule). But again, my technician, ETHAN was beyond patient and nothing sort of incredible!! I am truly grateful. Sears however, needs to step their game up forreal forreal. And they need to give my guy Ethan a raise or some kind of recognition because I was becoming increasingly hostile and he is the real MVP for assessing the situation and bringing me back to a "we are the world" state of mind. Lol.

Don't waste your time. $600 spent on "repairs", yet nothing is repaired. Our 5yro Kenmore fridge broke so we called to get it repaired per the warranty. We waited four weeks for the tech to come look at it, then another four weeks for them to fix it as we had to have the compressor delivered to our house (I would give five stars for this to happen). However, on the day of repair we got a text from Sears saying our service was rescheduled a week out, but that time didn't work for us, so we rescheduled to the next time which was another week away. On this day I receive a call from Sears Repair three hours after the tech was supposed to show up stating they need to reschedule. I call back, but can't get through to speak to anyone. I got through on chat and scheduled the tech to come on 2/16. 2/16 update: they came to fix the fridge compressor. I paid $618.28 to fix it. The fridge still does not work. We had Mr. Appliance and Sears both diagnose, and it is the compressor that is broken. I cannot get anyone to refund me. I filed a BBB complaint in hopes to get a refund. I hope you don't go through what I did!
