Spectrum has the absolute worse customer service ever! I about jumped up and down for joy when I returned their equipment!

Spectrum sets their store staff up to fail. Long que and limited staff, limited ability to solve issues. Waited 20 minutes just to return equipment while staff tried (as they were trained) to up sell new products and services. The staff was nice, but are handcuffed by Spectrum's policies and training. They spend a fortune to aquire new customers just to send then away irritated and frustrated.

I just went into the store to get a new Wi-Fi modem. Andrew couldn't get rid of us quick enough He wouldn't answer questions All he kept saying was you need to call customer service. I wanted to increase my speed on the internet I said can you help me. He says Well I could but it probably take a while you should call customer service. He just didn't want to help at all That was most unfriendly unprofessional person I've ever had the misfortune of talking to. Is this store strictly for dropping off equipment and picking up equipment thhe have no customer service skills at all? Can somebody answer me that.
