Sorry to hear that I always had a good experience with him but I also keep up and write names down of who you I spoke to do that way they can send another driver said something come up and then make a mistake!
Left me hanging for four hours in the cold once.. I did find out that if you have them pick you up early it compensates very well.. I guess better be early an hour than two hours late.. I've had good and bad experiences..
