Sam's club is more of a self-service business, if you need help then most times you have to go seek out help. But once engaged they fully help out with the customer.

Most of the time yes. The manager always talks to my husband when we go in. The man that works the door profiled my son once. I sent him out to get the diaper bag from the, he's 16, and when he came back in the guy told him he would have to search the bag when we left. That made me kind of mad.
