Well you have to blame the folks at Albany. You can not smoke flower in NYS. Yeah I know it sucks because it would be cheaper. Right now you can only get pills (which are great), sublingual tincture (which is wonderful), vape (that's the closest to smoking) and I got to tell you it is a blast,. There is also an oral spray with a minty flavor (its a fancy form of the sublingual tincture which can be messy. They don't have this yet but the state allows a patch, and a suppository/vaginal capsule for women. If pre-rolled joints or straight up bulk buds were available the price would be cheaper because you don't have to go through as many labs and "verifiers". The taxes dispenseries have to pay are beyond crazy. It can be up to 70%! However there is hope. Florida has the same restrictions but last week there state officials voted to allow the sale of flower to medical marijuana patients. You still can't smoke in public but who cares! Let's hope New York fallows their lead.

They do now sell the flower but it's kinda pricey for the amount you get. Id stick to the pills and tinctures. They really are great! I actually do like the carts but they do burn out a little quickly but man are they potent.
