When you pickup product just ask about redemption. They'll handle it at the cash register.
At check out
Screenshot your points on the website and show them when you get there. They will find it on their end and apply the discount. This way you have evidence in case they try and pull anything.
Just let them know when you're there and ready to pay and they will apply your points.
