Yes. Currently in NYS, the regulations for adult-use sales have not been created. We are currently a medical facility, so a medical cannabis card is necessary to purchase at our dispensary.
Why is this the case in the city but southern NY you walk right in and buy. Just another way for extra money to be spent
You don't buy a card. You have to be approved by a doctor and the state first and then they send you one
