Has anyone else had trouble getting the Canandaigua Lowe’s to honor their labor warranty on installed home improvements? I can’t even get them to talk to me and the install is a disaster. My HOA to is requiring ME to fix their botched install!

Call corporate lowes make a complaint against them

I purchased flooring from them and had them install the flooring (through one of their contractors). The install took 9 hours longer than stated (a second day). The flooring was NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY. The installation contractors manager came to look at the job (NOT SOMEONE FROM LOWES). The manager redid on tenth of the job and then stated "to do this correctly, I would have to redo the whole job, which I am not going to do". I returned to Lowes and shared with them what happened, with pictures. The manager said "sorry", that is it. He would not come out to look at it, nor would he send anyone else out. The flooring lasted less than 12 months and started coming up and cracking. I went back to the store and they did not care. I had to purchase new flooring elsewhere and have it installed. Lowes does not care about their customers.

Yes we had a contractor from Lowe's in Macedon N.Y. . We had a back door installed in the back of our garage. We even had to put the door knob in ourselves. The door looks like a defect. Terrible for the price they charged us. Very dissatisfied.
