I am trying to order black mulch from the Canandaigua store but the "pick up in store" option is not available I know mulch is not available now but that I can order it and pick it up when a new shipment arrives (June 8th)

Its likely that the sale was on in-stock inventory. Since the delivery would arrive after the sale ends, that option is not available. Once the sale ends, the pick-up in-store option will reappear with the new price. Just a guess, I don't work at Lowes.
