I just need to pick up the glasses and contacts I have already paid for. I got the email to make an appointment but it won't go past reason for visit. How can I contact the store in Geneva?
why doesn't anyone answer the phone ? I've tried twice now to book an appointment and remained on the phone for over an hour each time and never did get through. Maybe I should just go to Auburn where I might get better service !!
