I called them directly. Don't know the number by memory but I had the same problem with setting up the appt so I walked in and asked. But you might want to call them. Hope this helps

Thank you. I tried to call and it goes right to the menus. I may just go directly to the store on Monday. I know we're supposed to get an appointment, but its not possible at this point and I really do need my glasses and contacts.
