Have waited a month for my glasses! They lost them!!!!! Unwilling to do anything to make up for it! Absolutely horrible! They never answer phones! Will be taking my family of 10 elsewhere!

After using Visionworks for over 30 years, and always being treated with respect and friendliness from the staff, I was surprised at the poor reviews. I was unable to get through the telephone lines after being informed by a neighbor he was left on hold several times and finally gave up making an appointment. I just had the same experience trying to make an appointment through a machine. They will never take the place of a person with a brain. I finally gave up after the machine couldn't answer a simple question. Will not waste my time anymore.

I called them directly. Don't know the number by memory but I had the same problem with setting up the appt so I walked in and asked. But you might want to call them. Hope this helps
They just recently reopened. You can make an appointment online.....not sure if that helps

It took me a while to get an appointment. I had to email the "top" place to get somewhere. I finally got a call from the Geneva office to set an appointment for 1 month out. I told them that the phones rang but no answer after lots of rings. I was seen, but there was a little confusion with my appointment.. While there the phone rang and was answered and appointments were made. It took a while, but I just hope that what was ordered doesn't take as long as it was to get the appointment. Staff were busy but very nice considering what's going on. They followed every precaution for cleaning any area the patients used.
Yes. You're not obligated to purchase lenses or frames from them.
The time frame they give you is 7- 10 business days but I've had them come in 2 days later and also had them come in 2 weeks later.
No but if you do i find it is easier and quicker.
