Typically anywhere from 60 to 70 degrees... That's pretty much year-round
If it's not raining it could be 70. We were there a week ago in the rain and it was 60. The winter is definitely the time to go since reservations are not required.

I was there today it was low 70's at the visitors center and as the bus takes you up to the castle in the shade with wind it was 60 degrees once back in the sun or inside was nice.
Was just there 1/8 and it was sunny and warm. No crowds or lines! Only 6 people on our tour, it was great!
