I just complained about them having one side of doors open ...I said " don't you think it would be better to have both open.. Walmart is a place used by everyone..(mabie not everyone)..But it's not funny when people are diverted like cattle through one door And as far as the checkout...that area is the twilight zone
I believe it's all about the cash money.
I think it is just a way for them to touch less cash they are almost all cards only ...lol
I had to ask Walmart why? their answer was.... There is a shortage on coins, they don't have enough to keep them filled.
Laziness! It's much easier to cash out drawers that are cards and not CASH! All other Walmart's that I go to have Cash options at Self Checkouts. I worked as a CSM at Walmart Home Office in Arkansas years ago. Walmart has changed drastically since Sam Walton died. It's ALL about money, being easy for the employees, and CUSTOMER SERVICE is at the bottom of the list! Sad Deal!
Their system for hiring and firing is the problem. They have people on a point system of nine(9) point. When you get those nine point, you are fired no matter how good.you work. So it's hard to keep good workers who stay there anytime.
