Why are you charging tenants to fix issues that were existing before their occupancy. That should be your responsibility, don't allow a tenant to move into a trailer with issues that you are going to then charge them to fix.

They weren't milking every dime they thought they could get so they've changed to borderline illegal. I will be talking to my company lawyer, I will let the other tenants know if they have any ground to stand on.

Money hungry, they fired all the staff of candlewick for what i assume is giving too much leeway and deals to people and they arent making as much money as they want, so they are charging extra now for rent and charging for whatever they can now.
