I lived in Candlewick for nearly 2 years and have also had a few family members throughout a 12-year period live here. It's certainly had ups and downs. The quality of the homes in the park seemed to have improved, but not overall quality of the park as a whole. The kids' park has been closed for several months with no pool access and from what I hear, the pool won't be reopening at all. A lack of concern from management unless they're giving out citations for things they're caught on camera doing themselves. Some citations are certainly necessary, but a lot of them lack validity. Also, the policy on animals continue to get more strict. From what I see, it seems far better than Pleasant Valley, lol.

One of the best places in town! Great people and kind management. Quiet, lovely neighborhood.

Move here at your own expense they like to put towing stickers in your field of view rather than asking you to move Then try to call the cops when you call them out Also the stickers are huge and hard to remove

Not worth the money to live here management will evict you if you don't mow the lawn.

Questions & Answers

Why is the pool closed again? It was closed all last summer despite the fact you charge every tenant for pool maintenance.

Is the lot rent going up again people can not afford to live there when they are buying there home and nothing is getting done atound there like no lights work

Why are you charging tenants to fix issues that were existing before their occupancy. That should be your responsibility, don't allow a tenant to move into a trailer with issues that you are going to then charge them to fix.

They weren't milking every dime they thought they could get so they've changed to borderline illegal. I will be talking to my company lawyer, I will let the other tenants know if they have any ground to stand on.

Why does management yell and cuss at tenants and threaten families with eviction over tiny things such as window blinds? Even when you pay your rent every month for over 3 years

They also charge you for mowing your lawn when they don't. Pay attention to that!
