We have been here 4 or 5 times now. My friend is moving in from Pennsylvania. Randy is the man to talk to if you are looking for a super nice Mobile Home Park. The girls at the office are so very nice. Two of their workers we met work very hard to fix what is broken. We love this place.😇

Current site rent in Woods & Fields East ranges anywhere between $350-$365 per month depending on the size of the home.
Carports are allowed but we do require all residents to complete an exterior improvement request form before doing something like that.
