Went to get a paper notarized with my mom on a Sunday and this Caucasian lady gave us the stink eye I don’t know if it was racially motivated but when we asked her to help us she looked at our paper for 2 seconds then told us she couldn’t notarize the paper and acted in a very judgey way we instead went to a library and they helped us get it notarized I didn’t know what the problem was since the paper had the instructions but because of this lady I don’t think we’ll ever come back for anything which sucks since we live in Glendale heights

Probably if it has the visa/master card logo for an extra fee. If not just take the money out in there at their atm
The currency exchange will accept credit cards, however I don't think they can convert money. You might check with your bank or as an alternative you can usually do conversions at your destination they have several places that will do the conversions.
