On the past few occasions when I've gone to pick up folks from terminal 5 arrivals, they've said that the Free WiFi inside O'Hare did not work. They had international phones and no data plan. Is that your experience as well and what are the options?

The free wifi is spotty. Sometimes it works well.

The last week I been there, and the wifi worked only like five minutes, and that was enough for warn my family that I was arrived. Be patient with that
