Flying in from London and my connection to Florida leaves one hour after . Is this too tight? I know Ohare is a massive airport.

Yes, it is too tight. You need to get through immigration process, get your baggages, move from international terminal 5 to domestic terminal, go through another security, and find your gate. If I were you, I would change your domestic flight, if it is still possible.
