I am catching a flight out of Chicago O'Hare next week for a personal vacation to SC and I live in IA which is now considered a hot spot, with the new travel will I need to do anything different just flying in and out of O'Hare, no stops?

If you were vacationing in Chicago then you would be expected to quarantine. Keep your mask on during the airport visits and flights.

The posted signs make it seem like if you're going into the city of Chicago from a hot spot, you need to quarantine for 14 days. Other than that, I'm not sure.
