Uber pick up?

Upper level outside the terminals curbside there are signs posted for Rideshare pickup on the outside Concourse when you exit the terminal they have Uber pickup at Terminal 3 upper level and Terminal 2 upper level you. Both of those courses are attached by a walkway outside. It's kind of in between Terminal 2 and 3
